This week it's been sweet potatoes.. like one a day. I can't seem to fill the craving for them =P

l also eat a lot of oatmeal & greek yogurt
  • Peanut butter! I always make room for it, even if that means a 5 mile run!

Fried eggs over easy and yogurt. I love eggs, but I have to make sure they're in moderation and I love yogurt, BUT I dont eat it too often. I always (on the weekends) make sure to eat something sweet that way I dont go insane, but I don't overdo it.

I eat too much Subway. Ever since my husband decided to join MFP a week and a half after I did, it's always Subway. Today we actually did Burger King though because I said I didn't want to eat at Subway.

    Babybel cheese
  • Chocolate. Now it's Easter and I'm in for a chocolate overload.
  • Bell peppers. Pretty much a daily necessity. Plus the orange / red / yellow / green makes the plate just look more interesting.

Also almond butter. Trader Joe's has this crunchy unsalted version that is perfect.... :-)

    Peanut butter!!! ????

I eat peanut butter all the time. I eat it alone, on crackers, on bread, in protein shakes, with chocolate, with grenache, and more! I crave it all the time and it's not really bad for me so I allow myself around 2-5Tbsp/day.

Old fashion oatmeal with blueberries and cinammon. Every. Single. Morning. That's the good one.

Chocolate cookies, cake, ice cream, donut, anything chocolate. That's the bad one. Oh yeah, beer too.:drinker:

Strawberries! I love them but since they're healthy it's not a big deal. I'm sneaking them in with meals to get my Hubby healthier.

Diet Drinks i think. Never used to drink them as I thought they were bad for you.

But come the colder months i just couldn't handle all the water, so I changed to them to try and keep me on track.
