Before it was bread, pasta and pizza... Now it's more like cheese, eggs and meat! :-)

My too much of is only a food in the sense of being close to mother's milk - whisky0 -

Anything and everything from Dunkin Donuts, especially Coffee & Donuts.
Ever since I decided to get clean and sober 3 weeks ago I've been replacing my vices with food, especially donuts with my late afternoon stop at Dunkin. Luckily, I resist the temptation to eat something that sweet in the morning.
And this is how I've gained 20 pounds since Thanksgiving! Too much alcohol, too much holiday food and too much food in general. When I was drinking heavily I never craved sugar now I can't get enough chocolate, especially PB cups!
I also eat A LOT of those Joseph's Flax tortilla, low cal, low carb and wicked good BUT very high sodium which is a down side. And Siracha as well as Taco Bell Fire Sauce, and pizza. I recently moved back home and we go out to dinner or order take out like 5 nights a week!0 -

This week it's been sweet potatoes.. like one a day. I can't seem to fill the craving for them =P
