A trainer at my gym states that its better to do cardio in the morning for the extra metabolism boost. I've been working out in the morning and still going in the evening. I wanted to increase my workout time but I had limited time in the evening so working out in the morning really helps.

I agree with my girl HodderAL. It took some time for me to figure out what works for me but I finally did. It hasn't always been perfect but I keet trying. Eating clean as much as possible and constantly moving has been the key to my success. Good luck!
