bump! Really great topic. There is BB coach on here that host challenge groups but you have to buy ShakeO to join. To me that goes against everything she claims. She claims to wanna help people get in shape and be healthier. In my opinion my finances are apart of my overall health status.

I dropped out after 2 weeks. I thought I was in good enough shape to fight through it but I wasn't. Will try it again after I drop another 30 lbs.

I have the same problem some days, "Can't use up all my calories" When you are trying to eat a lot of veggies you always have calories left over. Sometimes that makes me feel like I didn't eat enough. I'm trying to stay awake from the scale because it will drive you crazy. Hopefully I have the will power to stay away until…

I did day 4 early this morning and plan on doing day 5, pure cardio, after lunch. I need some good cardio considering I ate some junktthis morning for breakfast.

Yesterday was Cardio Power and Resistance and I can't do some of the moves either. I just jog in place on the difficult ones. I was able to the V-push up (I think that’s what it’s called). I couldn't do as many as everyone else but I got in a few. Today is Cardio Recovery and I enjoy the stretches but my legs are always…

Believe me Insanity was enough but yesterday was arm day so I had to hit the gym. Insanity is my daily cardio.

As soon as I stepped in the house after work I changed clothes and completed my insanity for today. I'm so proud of myself! Today is a new day! Now I'm headed to the gym.:drinker:

Good day everyone! I was suppose to start week 2, day 1 of Insanity on Monday but I was a no show :laugh: I plan to start over from day 1 today since I originally did week 1 over 2 weeks ago. I'm really trying to get motivated. I will use the group as my motivation!:drinker:

I just looked at your diary and you are eating too much process foods and they are loaded with carbs. You have to try to make healthy choices. For me, when I eat sugary/carb-high foods I crave them more and more the cycle continues. After that you start thinking that you have messed up so you continue with that path.
