I usually start with some water. If I need more I grab some fruit and cheese. During the week my workouts are in the evenings and dinner is about 7 or 7:30 so I'm ok. On the weekends is when the late night snacking hits me because there is not structure.

I don't agree with the screaming part but I think him holding you accountable is correct. The trainer at my gym doesn't act that way but he does required that I bring in my food list every 2 days. I managed to get in my total body workout last night and I've completed my arm exercises this morning. I see that Diva (I just shorten it a little) completed her workout also. The 100 oz of water is for each day. I'm trying really hard with this one. I ususally get about 40 oz and thats on a good day!
