There is an app for C25k. Its free for a certain amount of time. Its tells u when to run and walk. Its called Run Double in the Droid market.

Level 2 keeps your heart rate up longer with all those swings. I like it more than level 1. Stick with u can do it. i'm doing it in the morning

I notice a change around the waist area also. Don't get discouraged its only been 10 days! I'm not taking measurements until the end od the challenge. I want to be like :smokin: :bigsmile: . I've added cardio into my routine as well. I'm a scale *kitten*. I'm on it everyday and I want to see that number change:laugh: !
