Good day!! I'm working really hard with this water thing. I've had one bottle on my desk since 8am and its still at the top :frown: but I'm working through it. @susieq101178 : Try taking Aleve at night. I take 2 before bed and I sleep like a baby. When I've had a hard at the gym I can't sleep without them.

Hello everyone! Today is day 5 of JM and I'm feeling great! I wasn't sore this morning so that was a plus. I'm doing L1D2 of 30DS and shred it with weights tonight. Thanks for the support and have a good day!

Did level 1 day 1 of 30DS. Other than jumping jacks, it was good! Hopefully I won't be sore in the morning since I've being doing shred it with weights! Have a good night and talk to u in the morning!

TGIF!!! I didn't have the strength to workout this morning but I will be hard at it tonight. I just got my 30DS dvd yesterday. I've been doing Shred with weights and it is no joke! Hope everyone has a good day!

I don't have an actual cheat day. If I have a craving I eat just enough to satisfy it. If I have plans coming up that will take me off my routine (hate to call it a diet) I work extra hard before and after that day.
