I only logged 368 mins (couldn't get out of the bed on Sunday :grumble: ) of exercise but I did get 4410 calories burned. Yes to the daily vitamin. No to the water intake.

Most gyms have a 30 min limit. When I start and there is at least one treadmill available for someone else to use I keep going.
