  • I'm still trying for the 400 mins/4200 cals At least 5 cups of water. I'm also trying to do some push-ups. I won't set a number. I'll be at 45 days of logging on Wednesday.

  • I only logged 368 mins (couldn't get out of the bed on Sunday :grumble: ) of exercise but I did get 4410 calories burned. Yes to the daily vitamin. No to the water intake.

  • Most gyms have a 30 min limit. When I start and there is at least one treadmill available for someone else to use I keep going.
