Happy mother's day! I'm spring cleaning today (what a way to spend my special day). I've been slacking all week. Been feeling very lazy, I'm gonna work on getting my mojo back. I hope everyone is enjoying their day!

I asked my trainer about this and he said only eat them back if you are hungry. Until your body gets use to the exercise routine eating them will not help your weight loss. Once you are really into the exercise routine you should only eat 25-50% of them back. Me personally I only eat them if I am hungry.

I have the C25K on my droid and it works perfect. You might want totry Runkeeper. Its available on the droid phones. It has coaching intervals like C25K. Run keeper calories burn have been fairly close to what my HRM has.

I did hot yoga for a month. You do sweat off water weight but the heat and the stretching seem to help when I was sore from other activities. If the membership wasn't so expensive I would have continued it.

I made it through boot camp and I still have all of my limbs! I even made it to the park for a short, very short walk (1 lap). Am I the oldest person in the 30 something group? Good morning! Feeling pretty good today. I'm starting a boot camp class today at the Y (send the search and rescue them out for me if I don't report back tonight .). I know exactly how you feel. The scale can be very disappointing. I had to put mines away. I'm going to try to weigh 1-2 times a month.

I'm trying for 400 minutes of exercise. I noticed last week that my sodium was out of control. It just creeped up on me! :wink: Well I'm still working on the water. It seems when I plan to drink water that I'm not thirsty, go figure! :ohwell: Thanks SG for all your hard work!
