Normally its a good feeling but these half grown teenagers are working my nerves today. One is a junior in high school (got parent teacher conference tomorrow cause she can't stop running her mouth) and one is a freshman in college (just paid a $242 ticket because the state of Mississippi is robbing people with a gun).

The scale is barely moving. I've been doing extra cardio to alone with JM. I cheated and did some measurements last night and I was pleased.

I know exactly what you are talking about. When I use my HRM without the cheststrap the numbers are 50-100 more than the equipment at the gym. When I use the cheststrap my numbers are even higher. I think since the cheststrap is constantly monitoring the HRM go up and down that is why it was higher.

Just finish L2D1 and JM is not joke. Those walk out plank and plank twist are too much. I'm dripping with sweat. Now I'm resting for about 20 mins so that I can go for a quick walk b4 dark.
