If you want to eat these foods - Eat them! As long as it works into your calories its fine!!!! I try not to eat this stuff everyday, otherwise I could easily live off it hahahah!!! I do have crisps, chocs, sweets etc..... I think if you cut these things out completely, you could binge on them.

Its only water weight & not real fat. I try not to weigh myself near my period, or on my period.... Of course the scale will go up... Its TOM and your holding onto lots of water. Best thing to do............. DRINK LOTS OF WATER : )

Your weight fluctuates so much, Its probably water weight. I wouldn't even stress about it. Log properly Keep working out Drink lots of water Weigh once a week........ : ) Don't stress girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even worry about it. It takes 3,500 calories + maintenance to gain 1lb, You might gain a bit of water weight, but once you get back on it - You will be fine. Drink lots of water to flush any high sodium/salty foods you consumed!

You can eat whatever you want!!! Fantastic weight loss - well done!!! Exercise is great, I love exercise. I prefer fresh food to be honest - Nothing like fresh fruit & veggies : ) Or cooking a nice home made dinner from scratch - You can taste the difference!

Put the biggest picture of yourself as your screensaver on your phone - That will motivate you : ) I like looking at my horrible snaps.... Motivates me, to go, workout & try and pick healthy options!! NO CHANGE.... REMAIN THE SAME!!!

I think you should try and aim for a healthy 2lbs loss a week - The slower the better to be honest. If you lose a lot quickly, it could come back on quickly - You don't want this!!! You have no energy.......... Because your eating like 'zero' carbs!!! I would eat some good yummy carbs if I was you - Just track 'CALORIES' After a few days of eating carbs... You will feel more energised

I think pilates is a good one!!!! Also I heard running is supposed to really good to slimming them down. Its all about getting your BF % down to make them look leaner. If your doing weight exercises, and they are appearing bulky - Maybe you might want to up your cardio instead : )

Have you tried eating a bit more??? You do a lot of exercise? Have you worked out your BMR & TDEE after the 80+ lbs loss... You weigh less now? Maybe different numbers you need to stick too? You drinking enough water? Up your protein & good fats I would say aswell : )

I would stock up on healthy snacks!!! Try and eat lots of protein & plenty of water to flush it out!! If you can work out during your TOM ... Great.... You feel so much better too after a workout. Stay away from the scales as its water weight... I would just try & pick healthy options... ^^^^^ All my great advice... But…
