Hi Guys, Its getting so much colder ..... Brrrrr! Do you guys struggle to workout at the gym in the winter like myself? Do you give the gym a miss for the winter period? Workout at home etc? Oats/Porridge.......!!!!

I love love love porridge.......!!! Now I always have it with semi skimmed milk, but for the first time ever I am going to try it with water to reduce the calories.
