Addicted to cereal????

I dont know what it is about cereal, But I am bloody addicted to it!!! Today I have NOT STOPPED eating cereal. Maybe its the whole big bowl, with cold milk thing.........I dont know. A small portion, just doesnt do me!! I know people are addicted to chocolate, cheese, bread, wine etc..... Mine is def cereal. Could be anything to a big bowl of porridge, to the plainest cereal like cornflakes.... Anyone else have this problem??? Am I craving the carbs?? Whats your favourite cereal? Any how many could you easily have a day?? Thanks xx

OMG! I do haha!! Take a look at my diary today lol. I would rather start off with a 80g bowl of porridge.. and know that i am full up rather then snacking mid morning! :-) i much on bran flakes too as a little snack when im hungry
It's not a problem, just make sure the cereal you eat doesnt contain a lot of sugar0 -
Hi there, I have had this problem! I could easily go through a whole box of cereal in one sitting. If I were to pour cereal into a bowl I would fill the bowl so that it is overflowing. It is definitely not the healthiest addiction. I've been slowly weaning myself off. Now if I crave cereal, I'll take a little teacup and pour cereal and milk into that and go and sit down. Usually that will satisfy my craving and I won't be bothered to get up and go back to the cereal cupboard.0

Cereal is my favorite food!! I now try to save my sugary kind for desserts and I have Fiber One 80 (now in chocolate!!!) for breakfast. But I do miss the days when I ate 3-4 bowls on a Saturday morning while watching cartoons. Although, now that I know the calories in cereal, it makes sense why I gained so much weight haha0

Oh god This is me with my Go lean Crisp. I had to ween myself off of it! haha I could have five bowls a day if I didn't care so much :laugh:0

I love cereal, I could live off of it. I can eat the family sized box of Frosted Flakes in just a few days! I think my best bet is to just not buy it anymore. They are indeed too grrrreat!0

Well at least I know I am not the only one out there that is addicted. Thank god hahaha!!! I used to have alot of the sugary ones, like granola, and fruit and nut, but these werent good for my tummy, After eating the whole box every time!!!! Im also addicted going down the cereal aisle, hahaha!!! I said to my mum the other day, I think I have a problem, I think I am addicted to cereal, She said 'Oh dont worry, if you like it, have it' You work out and burn it all off!!! But seriously, I ate FOUR big bowls of cornflakes today..... Didnt even need to eat them........But I did!!!! Noticed I havent logged my diary!!! Ha Ha!!! I think from Monday, I need to make an omelete or something else - Ha Ha!!! Let the healthy diet begin!!!!
