You need to work out your BMR & TDEE! This will then tell you how many calories you need to eat to lose weight, for your height & stats! Why don't you do a workout say 6pm - Then shower at the gym and get to work for 8pm???

You just said you've been eating out............. High sodium, High salt = water weight!!! DONT STRESS!! Drink lots of water & ONLY weigh ONCE a week : ) Its not fat.......... so don't panic!

I also feel hungrier in the evenings too, But then I work out in the evenings too - What times do you work out? Also why don't you try having a later dinner & a bit bigger? Have a snack before bed to fill you up? Pick high protein foods - They will keep you fuller for longer : )

I know exactly what you mean - All my friends are 5ft 4 and a size 8. I feel like a whale compared too them! Sounds like you are doing great - I would just keep doing what your doing. Weigh once a week, if no loss after a couple of weeks, adjust your calorie consumption or workout routine. I exercise to build muscle, lose fat - and of course so I can eat a hell of ALOT more food!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would be miserable on say 1200 calories a day, and no exercise!!! I would rather eat what I want, be happy & burn any naughtiness off

I just had the plain thick greek yoghurt earlier, I put lots of strawberries, grapes & blueberries in a bowl... Mixed it all together with a spoon!!!!!!!!!! TO DIE FOR!! Buy the thick white plain fromage one (I think its called) small little pot AMAZING!!!

Don't beat yourself up I say - We have all done it!! Its done move on......... Just keep your mind busy!!! Meet up with girlfriends, go to see a film at the cinema, walks, over to the gym, garden centres, read books/magazines, go for a nice drive with a good cd you like YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

Yes maybe do some weight training/strength/HIIT training. Lose inches instead of the numbers on the scales - Change your body shape & tighten everything up

Well you know you didn't eat all them extra calories - So why stress yourself out!! Sounds like your doing fab.......... Keep going!! You will see results trust me... Ps) I try and stay away from high sodium & salty stuff as it bloats me... Lots of water is great though to flush this away
