Try and save some calories for the evening if you can. I normally cant - So if I want something I just have it & don't bother beating myself up about. Work out your BMR + TDEE!!! I say don't eat below your BMR!!! Mines 1450, and I never eat under this amount! You can eat 1200 calories if you want, but after time you will feel hungry!!
