I started C25k back in march/april and was one week from finishing. Then a family tragedy happened and I am just now starting back with week one day one due to putting 14 pounds back on out of the 27 that I had lost. I started back yesterday. Welcome back!

Thanks guys :) sometimes after i finish a day il go back and tag day one on to it :/ im actually working on my 10 or 11th week running. That is how much iv taken my time on some of the days. I also find that i cando way moreon the treadmill. Is this normal?

Just from your postyou sound a lot like me. I started out watching what i ate with MFP. Then easter sunday i saw a picture that someone had taken of me and i decided then that i was done with being fat. I started running that week. That was almost 12 weeks ago and i feel great. Ok thanks. I usually have lunch at 1215 a snack (fruit) at 330, and run at 430. So maybe a granola bar, then breakfast afterwards??

I used to run in high school too (class of 08). Iv put on some weight etc. with getting married and becoming very comfortable. I have been doing the Couch to five k and I LOVE it! I'm already getting definition on my calf muscles. I'll add you and we can encourage each other :)
