This morningi finished week six day one. I run every morning. I usually take a rest day maybe two rest days a week. Most times i do one day twice before i move on. I am doing c25k and I am finishing up my fourth week of running. I've been taking my time on this program. Like I've been doing one day for a whole weekish. Is this ok?? Or should I be pushing myself? Because Iv not been moving on till I feel comfortable.
