I am doing c25k and I am finishing up my fourth week of running. I've been taking my time on this program. Like I've been doing one day for a whole weekish. Is this ok?? Or should I be pushing myself? Because Iv not been moving on till I feel comfortable.

As long as you are progressing at a pace comfortable for you, you are fine. What matters is that you are running.
You COULD go faster if you wanted to, but that is totally up to you.0
