Hi! I'm not new to MFP, but I haven't been successful at all. In fact I just keep gaining. So far this week I have managed to eliminate most candy from my life, control my portions, and only drink water again. I now have to build in the exercise portion. Yuck! It is freezing outside so it all needs to be inside. Wish me luck!0
