Good for you. This is great tool for dieting. A year and a half ago, I lost 28 pounds by logging in every day, moderate exercise. I felt amazing. We went on vacation, lost my routine n my mojo. Now here I go again....good luck to both of us. ;)

I just ordered mine from Amazon. I have lost10 pounds in 3 weeks. I am getting frustrated because I consume no more than 1200 calories to 1500 calories. The weight loss has slowed down. Hoping this will jump start my weight loss!!

I found some great recipes on Dr. Oz website. I have been making breakfast burritos... egg whites, chopped onions,salsa in a Mission multi grain wrap.
