Homemade chili. I made homemade...measured...used 97% lean turkey...1/2c. kidney beans Calories alot higher than I would have thought.

I have tried this. I had a lady I worked for get this from Weight Watchers. It isn't too bad

Greek Yogurts...plain... I like because they are very creamy(thicker). I add fruit to mine to add a little sweetness.

I order the Beef Salad without the side of rice(which is a heaping bowl)... and change to chicken many times. It is mostly veggies(I have them add bean sprouts to mine as well)... I tell them mild seasoning.

Steamed chicken and veggies(here it is mushroom, snowpeas, broccoli), hot and sour soup, egg drop soup (minus the fried noodles) are good options.

I try not to eat if I am NOT hungry except...I will eat if I know I will not be eating for a long time (I don't want my sugar levels dropping...hypoglycemic).

800 is awful low...did you put yourself on that amount or your doctor?

I use frozen vegetables all the time... very rarely will I use canned.

I have heard smoothies are good for you esp. when you add fiber to help slow that spike... example... I use beans(you can't even taste), natural unsweetened peanut butter, etc. Just my opinion.
