I have been on MFP since Januarty as well and have lost 11.8 pounds... THat's like 1 pound a week...which is great, I am told. Hang in there.

THis is the way I always do it... Put eggs in the cold water to boil... once boiling, time for 15 minutes. cool down.

I am not sure of the fat/calories but my mother in law likes BREAKFAST on the go packs... you can get at Walmart I know. Maybe check into them... I know there are several different kinds.

Brown rice since you like pasta, try adding a small amount of orzo pasta (they are small and look like rice to some people)

I use canned pumpkin for my smoothies... for about 1/2 c. runs about 40 calories. Not bad.

I use http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/... I deduct 20%... that is the amount taken from the TDEE. That's what I eat at and am losing about 1.35 pounds a week.

I recalculate every 5 pounds.

That's how I am doing mine. I use my bike, dvds (or Youtube), stretch bands, walking with Leslie Sansone, and 30 day shred(I don't use everyday yet). It is possible.

I have researched and I am going to try and buy the Eat Smart Precision Plus scale... it is suppose to be very accurate. -I like Health o meter... mine is accurate but I wanted a new scale that gave me more options.
