I try to come up with a menu the night before and log my foods.

...mine was upcoming surgery(which I am still going to have) and going to the doctor and hearing the word, "Obese"... that word, even though I know I am, was so hard to hear... made me very sad and angry at myself for letting myself get to this size because of my own doing. So, I have buckled down.

apples and natural peanut butter diced peaches in 1/4 c. cottage cheese string cheese orange and raw pecans celery and peanut butter air popcorn with extra virgin olive oil and either garlic powder or cayenne(chili powder).. with alittle salt. My most favorite!

In my opinion, it's selfish for people to bring babies into this world and can't provide for them and/or terrible parents!

I loved the new chocolate covered ice cream cones at McDonalds (the chocolate hardened)...so Yummy! I haven't had one in a LONG time! Since I drink healthy smoothies at home, I haven't had the urge for ice cream now.

I worked as a Respiratory Therapist for almost 11 years until I wanted a change...I am now an IN HOME care provider for the elderly and I LOVE it.

Homemade fajitas (made that a few days ago...awesome) and brown rice on the side, etc. Lean ground beef mixed with lean ground turkey MEATLOAF (they won't know the difference) Homemade sloppy joes (I made mine with turkey and beef)... put on 100% wheat buns

For at home workouts, Jillian Michaels videos are affordable and very popular. (From a previous post above) -I have found 30 day shed by Jillian on Youtub via my television. I started with the Level 1. I do know Leslie Sansone Walking in on there too(I have used them)... May help those who are on a budget.
