Had to buy a new scale because the old one broke. I bought a weight watcher scale wheighing at 280.2 lbs this morning. whoo hoo!!!:happy:

O.k had to buy another scale because the old one did not work anymore, bought the Weight Watcher scale. According to the new scale my SW was 288.5 last weigh in 285.5 (jan 7/10) cw 280.6 (jan14/10) Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Bonjour et bienvenue sur le site. Je vie à l'Est d'Ottawa et je suis francophone. J'ai commencé à utiliser ce site Mardi passé et au début de ce parcours j'avais 136 livres à perdre, et maintenant après une semaine j'ai perdu 3 livres. Just did my Saturday weigh in and I'm at 288.5 lbs, 3lbs lost since January 1st!!!

Hi Liz, I'm new as well, this is my second day and I'm loving it. Makes me aware of the foods that I eat and it makes me think every time I choose a certain food because I want to eat as healthy as possible.
