I am 35 years old who has been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation (heart condition) 5 years ago. It is very important for my health to lose some weight. I have a wondeful husband who supports me as well as two wonderful kids. This is a new year and it is time to start a new begining with this journey. I will give it all I've got !!!
