I am giving up my scale. I weigh myself multiple times a day and all it does is waste my time. So for the next 40 days I will have no idea what I weigh!! I'm excited!

It was great!! I woke up late on Plyo morning and had to do it in the evening, but it was way better I had more coordination. Then again this morning I woke up at 4 all I had to do was push play, but instead I took a shower and went back to bed. So I have to work out tonight!!

Blot my pizza with a napkin (several times) and don't eat pizza with pepperoni. Always have my salad dressing on the side and dip the tip of my fork in, every other bite. Kinda sounds like your hubby needs to suck it up and try to eat heathier options. Try starting off with half a portion of what he likes and half a portion of what he doesn't like...slowly ween him off the crap.

I woke up 45 mins late this morning, so was only able to do about 5 mins of the Ab Ripper, so I'll finish that tonight. Legs and Back was good. I like any of the work outs that involve weights!! Kenpo is fun...Kick boxing, by the end you'll feel like you can conquer the world!!

Not I, I didn't do the whole thing. I got bored going back into Downward Dog every time! I did the like the stretch I got out of it. I plan on getting some blocks and that will help. As time goes on and my *kitten* gets smaller, this can only get easier!! I can't wait for that day!

My whole body is sore, but it's been WAY worse in the past when I've started a working out!! I too, love and hate Ab Ripper!

I made it through most of it, but there were a few that I modified. I'm ok with it though, it's more then what I was doing to exercise before. My arms and abs are a bit sore from Monday thou!! And I just have to add that my protein shake this morning was sooooo good!!

I noticed the same thing. Last summer when I tried this I was 20 lbs heavier, the ab ripper was the part I hated. My spare tire was in the way the whole time!! Now it's so much easier without it!!
