Working on it! So far I'm 90% dairy free. Starting my own little 100 day dairy free challenge today to help kick the other 10% and then I'll be ready to tackle bread, beans,etc

My social life!! I get up so early to workout that I have to go to bed by 9pm. And less alcohol helps keep the pounds away!!

Splash of olive oil, jalapeno pepper rings with some juice and water, Sautee/steam them and usually add that to egg white.

I've been through it!! Once your meds are controlled you'll feel better. Have your Vitamin D level checked!!!!! Mine was low (I now take 5000 IUs a day) I swear as soon as I started taking the vitamin D the weight just melted off!!! good luck! wanted to add... You're meds will change due to weight loss/gain. 5 A.M. I work out at home, so I sleep in my workout clothes so the only thing I have to do when I get up is brush my teeth, throw on my shoes and get to working out! If I were to wait until after work I would find any and every excuse not to do it!

Hello, I started level 3 this past Monday! I love 30 DS! Stick to it, you'll see results. I should also add....I never followed any "plan" I did level one until I felt like I conquered it and then moved on.

Keep dreaming.... even if you lose the 20 in two weeks you'll gain it all back just as quick. Aim for maybe 5 and if you meet the dreamy dudes they will like you for your personality or they're not worth your time! Good luck!

Half wine, half sparkling water in flavor that complements the wine. Wine Spritzer! It's still yummy and you're only getting half the calories per glass. If you have a Kroger near you, they have flavored ICE water...best I've tried so far.

I weigh myself everyday but only track Friday mornings. I use the scale as more of a guide because your weight will fluctuate daily. When its down I celebrate the victory and when its up I am more mindful of what I'm putting in my mouth the next day.

I think that's a wonderful thing to do (if you can handle it). I have a friend that would make an awesome mom, but after cancer in her teens she is unable to have children. I've thought about it, but I don't even want kids for myself!
