  • I've never tried it in oatmeal, but I have added it to my chocolate protein shake, Soooo good!! I buy it in the bulk (my friends and I split it) directly from Bell Plantation and of course since they make it they also sell it at the lowest price. They also have PB2 with Chocolate so that might be yummy in oatmeal too!

  • I've always wondered too!! I'm gonna try it.
  • grilled wrap with honey mustard, unsweet tea or water
  • I just did S/A/A I'm behind too. Besides going 3 on 2 off, We lost power on Thursday afternoon and didnt get it back until late Friday night. Then yesterday i enjoyed a day of sleep! Not skipping any days this week in an effort to catch back up.
  • Hope everyone had an awesome 4th!! How many calories are you consuming in a day? What's your target goal? I tend to just go by what MFP says to eat 1330 w/o exercise and then what ever I burn from exercise added. Do you find it more difficult to control how you eat when you're at a social gathering like a BBQ? If so, why…

  • Is 35 pounds all you have to lose or is that number just a starting goal? If that's all you have to lose then don't push losing too fast, with only 35 to lose look more at .5 pound per week loss. You didn't gain it over night and you're not going to lose it overnight. Good luck
  • I have to have a fan on...I guess it could just be a noise machine but have never tried one. And it has to be dark!!! I even put something over my alarm clock because the light from the digital display is too bright for me!!
  • it doesn't get easier, YOU get stronger
  • Highest weight: 173 Current weight: 139 Goal weight: 135-130 I've been married 4 years, don't have kids and don't plan to! Got a puppy 2 months ago and stopped working out because a puppy is just as bad as a new born! I get up at 4am to do my workouts...if you are able to do them first thing in the morning you can check it…
  • To add to your suggestion....Also have it checked if any type of thyroid problems run in your family!!
  • I'm in!! This will be my second round of p90x. I completed my first round 2 months ago!! I'm starting July 1st and doing 3 days on and 2 days off, so I'll be doing it a little different. Please tell me if you don't want me to join due to my schedule. If this if your first time with p90x here's a few pointers that helped me…
  • Maggot roasted in side the shell along with my pistachio!! Walmart's brand Great Value. I don't buy that brand anymore.
  • Look stupid now, look GOOD later!!!
  • I think it's more about being jealous that they DON'T have the devotion to be in that great of shape!!
  • @asimmons75, Congrats on your 2 completions and your weight loss! I love that I actually completed p90x, I really like the workouts, which is why I'm bumming that I don't have the desire to do more right now! @andreaeose777, I've never heard of Bob, I will defiantly look into his.
  • I see the age difference, but the FIRST thing I noticed was....the guy on the left looks like he is struggling...where as the guy on the right looks like he could "do this all day long"!! Congrats...you look great!
  • 135. Seems like it's taking forever. Really I'd be happy to be rid of the layer of chub that is hiding my abs!! I know they're in there!
  • <Can you see the jeans I'm wearing in my picture? I've tried those on a million times and I have a note pinned to the pocket of what I weighed the last time I tried them on. I try them on every 3 pounds now. When I started the button and the hole were about 3 inches away from each other with NO hope of them getting closer.…
  • A banana and a glass of milk will help with the sugar cravings...something about the potassium with the calcuim that does it....or something like that.
  • Just remember that one bad day does NOT have to ruin your whole week. There will be days that you cave and eat all the bad for you stuff that you love....but tomorrow is another day and a fresh start. The thing that I always have to remember...the longer it takes to come off, the more likely you are to keep it off!…
  • Yes the outfits are unflattering, but they are on the show for a reason: to lose weight. The ugly outfits show them their "reality" you gotta be real about what you're working with.
  • I work out at 4am. That way it's out of the way! Don't get me wrong there are days that I shut the alarm off and sleep until I have to get up for work, but on those days...all day long I have to talk myself into exercising when I get out of work!! Do you ever regret a workout? I don't
  • Ditto....I need a new one. Currently using Sportline watch from Walmart. I'm so sick of it taking 15 seconds or longer to find my heartbeat. I really want something with a chest strap.
  • I'm on week 10, but would love to help motivate you and cheer you on. I got started with a group on here and it really helped me to stick to it. I also have before, during and (soon) after pics. I plan to post when I'm done. Adding you.
  • Find lower calorie drinks on the weekends. I drink Malibu Rum and water, it tastes like coconut water. If you don't like that try vodka and water and add a low calorie flavor packet to the water. It will have less calories then other mixers that you would get at the bar.
  • I REALLY didn't like yoga at first either, but I made myself do it. Now I look forward to the moves. I started off doing just the first 30mins then gradually adding more in. I would recommend getting yoga blocks they help ALOT!
  • F#*@^ me too!!! Every morning I wake up and say "today I will not swear" and then someone pisses me off. I work with the public, which in general people are pretty stupid!!
  • We have the exact same starting weight and goals and problems. I'm 5'3. My ACTUAL problem turned out to be my thyroid. I'm not saying it def is your problem, but it's worth getting it looked at...while they're at it have them check your vitamin D levels. Once I had my D checked I swear the pounds started melting off. Add…
