Look at it this way....Imagine 17 pounds of butter. That's what you have lost!!!! It may not look like it right away in the mirror, but you really have lost that much. Keep your chin and you motivation up. You didn't gain it over night and you're not going to lose it over night.

Congrats!! I have a bunch of too big clothes too, but I can't bring myself to get rid of them yet!! Luckily for me my mom is starting to lose weight and she's about 2 sizes behind me, so everytime something gets to big for me it's fitting her just right!! I'm not a guy, but I don't wear mine when I work out. I can't stand the feeling of hot, sweaty, swollen hands and a ring sufficating my finger, also I sometimes wear gloves and and that's uncomfortable with a ring on.

I often tear up to On Star commericals on the radio (I think this stems from being hit by a car when I was 5, but never being in an actual accident, and the thought of being in an accident scares the hell out of me). That should make you feel even better. I'd rather cry from working out!

Get a job that is opposite his hours...you get a job, a paycheck, don't pay for daycare, and he gets to see what it's like to care for the household while mom is away!

There was a time I agreed with you on this...then I got a ticket for "not yielding at a stop sign". Which means...you STOP at the sign, and then creep forward before taking off!! BS, I know!

Braking before turning on the turn signal. The turn signal is suppose to be a warning to those behind you that you are going to brake!!!! Also turning the turn signal on half way thru the turn...kinda already figured it out!! Really I just can't stand other drivers or people in general, I believe this stems from working…

30 Here!! No kids, but I was pretty chubby.

I make my own with plain greek yogurt and dry ranch. You could enjoy an entire cup of it for around 170 calories (if you really wanted to). I also use it for a veggie dip.

I too lost my initial 20 lbs with diet alone. However I can tell on myself and have a couple of co-workers that I could tell were losing on diet alone. You can see it in the arm flab and in the buns/thigh area.
