    Another quick and easy way is to mix in a small amount of the cheesecake pudding mix into a non fat Greek yogurt cup. Let sit for a few minutes and it will thicken slightly. Top with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.

    Using 2% or whole fat is preferable for me. A cup of whole fat with 1 1/2 tbsp of pudding mix creates authentic cheesecake texture, thickness and taste moreso than the lesser fat varities.
