  • This is absolutely normal!!! You naturally burn about 400 calories more per day when you are "on." This is because your organs are working extra hard. Keep working out because it reduces the craps and do drink lots of water to keep bloating to a minimum. But cut your self some slack on calories because probably are hungry.

  • I have the same problem. I started looking at what I was going to have for dinner (and snacks) the night before and going ahead and entering it in. Then I figure out breakfast and lunch. It works out really well for me and it doesn't take a lot of time at all.
