I'm somewhere between 5'7'' and 5'8'' and I am shooting for 150. My frame is on the large size, but honestly I have never been that low, so when I get closer to it, I will reassess my goal either higher or lower depending on shape.

I get Kirkland Plain. It comes in a two pack at warehouse stores a total of 64 oz. I add 10 drops of Vanilla Liquid Stevia to 1 cup. Yum Yum!
