  • I tend to overeat when I don't loose my goal weight for the week or when I am stressed. I would really like some tips on how to stop. Any advice is much appreciated.
  • Add me too. I am 41 and have found that low carb diet, no sweets, and exercise have worked for me. I have lost a little of ten pounds so far. The app for this site along with a couple of others have really been beneficial. Let me know what you think and we could share tips for what works!
