A good beginner routine is stronglifts 5x5. There are some good routines on bodybuilding.com, it also has an index which shows you all the lifts, form and muscle groups with pictures and videos, it's worth a read.

If you are in UK, nature valley does a protein chocolate granola that is really nice it tastes like choc cornflake cakes, you can also buy packs of mixed seeds from most pound shops which are quite nice mixed with Greek yoghurt.

Dips, tricep extensions, pulldowns, pushdowns, look on bodybuilding.com you can put which area of your body you want and it shows you the excercises.

I understand I have problems with some textures too, dont know how you feel about cereals and stuff but you can get protein porridge, protein weetabix, protein granola and protein bread, you can also mix protein powder in lots of different recipes, ive seen some people mix it in cakes!

I make a quiche like the lady above, cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, carrots, brocolli and I have it with baked beans, its high protein and low calorie, I know it sounds yukky but its a better texture and taste when cooked. You could also have a glass of skimmed milk with meals to up protein.

This happens to me everytime I do my lower body, the weight evens out after a day or so, or when you dont feel the aches. Its just water weight cushioning your muscles.

They are your triceps, or some people call them bingo wings! lol. Look up tricep extensions, you can do these with a dumbell or kettlebell. Dips are helpful, some gyms have a seated dip, or assisted dip machine, you can also do these at home with a chair. Tricep pulldown and tricep pushdown on a cable aswell. Hope this…
