I couldn't agree more. I juice almost daily, as a supplement to a healthy diet. I usually drink 16 oz of UNPROCESSED (no added sodium & chemicals) juiced fruits & veggies. On a normal day I will juice 3-4 large leaves of kale, a handful of spinach, 1 carrot, 1 grapefruit(any citrus fruit) & an apple. If I see things like…

Hello all...looking to rebuilt my friends list not that summer is here :-)

Dont forget to breathe & give yourself a break. It took me forever to learn to look @ measurables & not scale monitoring. Set small goals that can be implemented into new habits. Some things that I have seen work are a walk after dinner, or if you up to it a jog in the morning to get your metabolism up. :-)

While in college I had 3 songs recorded by Geffen Records (2 have made the Top 40 on billboard).

This is the most ingenious big boobs recruitment I have ever seen! Thought provoking yet somehow skates on the edge of being offensive..... Great initiative & creativity.

Once I get started they are easy to maintain. But my 2 biggest struggles are getting to bed on time, & where to begin. I usually start by going to bed an hour early (let whatever didn't get done, not get done). I start with calisthenics or a run & a light yoga session. Remember to set a timer so your 20 min session doesn't…

Congrats on doing your first 5k!! The best advice I ever got was "PUSH yourself, but remember a 5k is a 5k no matter how fast or how slow you finish!!! Just Finish :-)" Your going to do great!

Juicing: For the record I supplement my diet with approx 30 oz of fresh veg/fruit juice daily, & have done so for approx 7 mos. The reason I juice is too consume larger amounts of nutrients found in VEGETABLES & fruits, without having to keep a large produce section on me wherever I go. The benefits I have found with…

I couldn't agree more. My oldest was born with cerebral palsy so I have been know to get overly excited on people who find a need to belittle others for there own ego inflation.

Drive to the gym or the park I run (workout) @ whether I feel like I have time/energy or not. I reserve the right to walk in & leave. But I go anyway. Try it for 14 days & let me know what happens.

LOTS of vegetables & UNPROCESSED fiber.

Because yoga benefits are so directly related to proper form, I found it much more beneficial to go to a local yoga class for beginners.

If I have to learn to bake too...this is never gonna work out. :frown:

^^This Some things I have found to aid in recovery & balance. Lots of fresh unproduced vegetables. They are mostly water based & give your body the fuel it needs to process protein for muscle/cellular recovery. If the thought of a rest day challenges you..consider trading 1 day of traditional gym exercise for a couple…

Wow, you look fantastic! Congrats

Child support & visitation are 2 separate issues. My ex & I have a son together, & we loved each other so much the breakup was a nasty bitter ending. I've made my mistakes & gone mia for various reasons (most drug & alcohol related). I have been clean for 5 yrs. It has been my experience that when I am an active part of my…

^^THIS Probably one of he most informative post on MFP. But never forget to listen to your body. If ur hungry..eat. If your always hungry, take a look @ where your calories are coming from. Are you getting enough protien? Are you giving your body enough nutrients via vegetables & fruits so it can optimize your calorie…
