I like making smoothies with chocolate soy milk, banana, peanut butter, and a little ice. Little bit of all the yummy stuff that's good for you and it's a sweeter drink so it could cut a craving for something sweet!

Last year my mom ordered some of the Holey Donuts because of an amazing free shipping they had. The donuts are AMAZING! I can't eat them anymore because they contain dairy but if you can get a good deal with them DEFINITELY order them!

My skinny jeans were a pair of size 8's! I tried them last night and they fit perfect!! SO HAPPY because I've kept them for about 5 years now because these are my favorite pair of jeans I've ever owned!

Thank you so much! You know, I've been keeping my cals from 1200-1350ish daily and I work out 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes but normally I'm around 45 minutes to an hour. I seriously drink a ton of water and hot green tea. Lots of cardio and my workout games I use have me using a resistance band for the toning.…

18 more lbs down will put me at 150. I can't believe but I JUST am now in the Normal range at 168 according to the BMI charts. So silly, I swear!

I work out at home and use EA Active for the Wii, EA Active More Workouts, Your Shape for the Kinect, Just Dance 2, and go for long, brisk walks with my daughter in the stroller. I do those about 6 times a week!!

Goal weight according to that (I'm 5'9 so 100+45) is 145 AND that is my goal weight...well I have 150 as my goal for my weight loss tracker but I really am aiming for 145. Thanks for sharing! :)

I have friends in Christchurch who luckily are safe and have been updating us with their facebook through their phones. Constantly praying for everyone over there. It has been a very rough few months with all the earthquakes.

I use foil! Just make the appropriate sized ball of foil and shape the tortilla how I want it. Use some spray on them to brown them up or a bit of oil

I know, personally, for me it doesn't effect me. Yes, I get hungrier a bit but I stay on track by eating right and exercising. I lose weight weekly, even those weeks I'm on my period, so for me I choose to not let being on my period effect me.
