It's totally ok. I decided to let myself have 1 day a week that I don't count. Sundays. But I make sure I don't go crazy! But it's nice to allow myself to have a little extra treat once a week. Something to look forward to. But I always jump right back in to what I do the rest of the week:) Keep going strong!

See, I've been a vegetarian my whole life as well...well, more of a "Flexitarian" or something like that. I would eat meat on VERY rare occasions like in Taco's...so I probably ate meat 5 times a year. But this last year I stopped because I just don't care for it anymore. But I could never figure out why I gained so much…
