Well I do all that you listed. Been going strong for 135 days now and I log it all, and the diary is always open :) I try to encourage those who I'm friends with, and love seeing their daily log # go up. Cheering for everyone to make triple digits!

You should share your diary; would be easier to see if it's a dietary issue. How many calories are you eating each day?

In a lot of gum there's generally less than 5 calories per piece, so I would consider it negligible unless you are REALLY trying to be exact.

27 sounding off here. Feel free to add. My diary is always open and I eat plenty :D I'm more interested in maintaining my weight though and getting lean muscle so I'm expecting some weight gain. But anyway, I'm always up for my pals :)

Pretty close to my own sandwiches, but I lose the mayo and just add some avocado slices; all on toast, VERY delicious (but I rarely ever use condiments so it's probably just me).
