this is probably the only item i haven't changed in my diet granted I plan to make the change later as I adjust to other cutbacks. 1 cup of coffee and some coffeemate flavored creamer and im set for the day : )

honestly its either chicken or i use it to "panini press" sammiches. I use a flat top griddle way more than the foreman. I do live in AZ and snow/rain do not come often so my ability to actually grill outside is rarely ever an issue.

You could make turkey burgers or turkey meat loaf. I would grill the asparagus to get the tops very crispy. Sounds boring to me but thats 2 of the more common ways I prepare ground turkey other than taco style for a taco salad. just my thoughts... good luck

I do the "passing on your left" bit when needed. I agree most folks nowadays are rocking headphones anyways so you just have to slow down and be careful Bike lanes should be used when possible. toasted whole wheat english muffing with 1 egg and 1egg white scrambled with a bit of cheese. Makes a great bgast sandwich under 300 cals.

Jimmy jams for sure. I usually get the whole grain bread and take the meat out of one half and put it in the other which saves me eating one slice of bread if im feeling really healthy i go with the unwhich. They get mayo happy it seems like so ask for light mayo if i have to have it.

this issue sums up my mid early 20s. i had to basically but back on my drinking. A bowl of cereal full of fiber wouldn't be a bad idea. Will fill you up and even help sober you up. Also there is fruit or even greek yogurt.

my best friend ran cross country and track in high school and college. Ive always been overweight where he has lived in the gym and couldnt gain a 1lb of fat if he tried. it all depends on what you put into the coffee. Like tricksee said it will def surpress your appetite and speed up your metabolism as well since it will increase your heart rate a bit. ive only lost 13lbs and based on measurements the weight came off my stomach and arms and my waist has barely changed. Just depends on your body. good luck
