Replace protein bar with?
I religiously eat a pure protein bar for a snack every day between bfast and lunch. While it provides decent macros I'd prefer to find something less processed. Any ideas? Preferably something lower carb with protein and quick/easy. I'll pretty much try anything as long as it fits my macros. Thanks in advance!

yall eat nuts?
And if so which are the best? My favorite are cashews but have been sticking to unsalted roasted almonds. I really enjoy trail mix as a snack and remove the MnMs. I read a lot of mixed info on nuts and how they are so good for you but high in fats/cal etc so limit your intake. Any nut gurus out there have any solid info on…

nike fuel band
Anyone have a Nike Fuel Band? I love mine and sometimes it just adds that extra bit of motivation you need when your not far off from your daily goal. I know its not 100% accurate but its a great tool for motivation. I hit 10,070 fuel points two weeks ago working a crazy overnight shift and then golfing the same day! My…
