I’m addicted to one toasted slice of Dave’s killer bread with 505 brand roasted green Chile’s on top that I heat in a pan then throw two over medium eggs on top of. Literally eat it every day.

I do eat string cheese a lot as well but usually later in the day or with my lunch. Cottage cheese is sort of a textural issue for me unless I add cantaloupe but maybe I'll just man up and eat it.

Great ideas! Love the jerky but damn it gets expensive. Hard boiled eggs would be a great idea for morning when I don't eat eggs for bfast. Never even crossed my mind I could make my own bars lol.

I got really interested in it after listening to the Joe Rogan podcast with the founder of Primal Blueprint. Joe has cut out all processes sugar and doing very low carb and is leaning out. I believe it works but I don't think i personally could do it.

Really liked alpha and beta workouts and lost a lot of inches all over. Gamma appeared to slow down my weight loss as it was more weight lifting involved. Wasn't for me for what my goal was at the time. Doing 30 day shred again and then I'll get back to t25 alpha.

Im on my last week of gamma starting today and then will continue on to the gamma hybrid routine. I have not lost weight in gamma mainly due to adding muscle and retaining water weight for said muscle growth. I would have better results if i cut back on the football eating/drinking activities during the weekend.
