On days I work from home I get up early 530am and start working. I make a breakfast protein shake and have some coffee. Around comes 9-10 oclock and i make 2 eggs with ham or another protein (depending on leftovers from the night before). I would prefer two balanced breakfast meals over snacks in between an early breakfast…

Hey all I'm 29 and have lost 34 lbs since feb. I maintain a caloric deficit while eating what I want and not cutting out my favorite foods. I've learned moderation is the key to success for me. Add me and let's learn from each other.

I used 4lb, 10lb, and 20lb dumbbells. The 20lb I only used for one workout though.

I'm going to do the t25 focus since it's a diff workout each day of the week. Gives me a rest day which I can use to cycle or actually rest. : )

I just posted my results in the success thread. Lost 10lbs and lots of inches. I have lots of fat to shred and was always eating at a deficit so that helped me drop lbs.
