2lbs a week so far

Well im losing right around 2lbs a week +/- a half lb. Going strong for about 35 days or so and really feeling good about it. I have gotten back into my routines at the gym and am also riding my bicycle a lot more on off days and when i get bored. I have been staying away from beer as much as i can which is paying off as well. Keeping my calories tracked and not overeating are really keys to my success. Like most of us I may not have lost a ton of weight but the way my clothes are fitting and just overall feeling so much better about myself has made this all worth it. Hoping to keep up 2/lbs a week at this rate but not sure how long that will last as im starting to lift more and more.

anyways thought id share before i go for a 10 mile ride.

    well done! congrats on ur weight loss! strange how exercising seems to give you more energy! keep it up! :D
