I am pretty picky about how my vehicle gets washed and i tend to hand wash it more often than not. I frequent mexico 2-5 times a year. Once a year i spend 5-7 days there. Best thing to eat is fresh fish in my opinion because thats what i like. the GNC total lean 24 is pretty low cal and low carb and almost 0 sugar. I happen to have it every morning for bfast and really enjoy the choc and vanilla flavors. It has helped kickstart my caloric deficit and leaves me feeling full.

Its standard bar food with hooters type waitresses. I would say stick to the grilled meats and salads. Steamed veggies is always a solid go to dine out side option just have to make sure the veggies are not slathered in butter. I have consumed way more beer at that place than food...
