  • I am still at 139. I revved up activity a bit but that makes me hungry. After 4 weeks - I have only lost 4 pounds. Pretty expensive per pound. I have to take a second shipment but then I am done with nutrisystem . ☹️

  • I feel good and it's nice to not have to think about food or prep much. I still cook for my husband but he is pretty easy. I am still at 140 after a whole day at 139... lol

  • Snack was a zesty Chex mix that I did not like....2 of 10 because the dog liked them.

  • Since you have been doing it for a while, what's your overall sentiments? Having success? Like the food and options? Fined it getting easier or harder?
  • Back up a bit.... 140.5. Water weight up and down or changing battery in scale. Bummer but not bummed!

  • This morning was a double chocolate muffin and it was awesome!!!! 10 of 10! If you have some of these - check the dates . I had 2 pkgs - both dated to be used by June 6, which if I had waited to the last week - I think I would have been late.

  • Harvest bar this morning ... 8 of 10
  • For dinner I had the BBQ chicken on a whole wheat sandwich thin. It was just ok 4 of 10. I am not so big on BBQ. And I tried the garlic Parmesan rounds that were good. 8 of 10. This was a my way Day do I only had 1 nutrisystem meal.
  • Cheese puffs snack 7 or 8 SOMETHING crunchy!!!
  • Bran cereal. My husband laughed at the size of bran in my bowl this morning..... As bran goes - it was fine. Small amount- I think there's a trend here. 6 of 10. I am thinking of saving a couple of the pkg. containers to use to measure portions. Evidently, I under estimate my portion sizes. Who knew that could be a problem?
  • Lol... it must be turkey sausage day. I had the turkey sausage bacon rigatoni for dinner. I don't eat much meat so picked thru the sausage. The meal reminded of chipped beef gravy I had as a kid. Not a fan but it was filling and just ok. 5 of 10 Because I was hungry!!!!
  • Apple strudel this morning 7 of 10 . Happy Friday
  • We had soy burgers and seasoned baked fries tonight. The fries may have been a bit of a cheat but the soy burger with a sandwich thin is less than the Nutrisystem burger in fat and calories.
  • Lunch 5/4 cheddar broccoli rice pilaf...a 6. It was a little gluey with the amount of added water. I think I would add more water. I added frozen broccoli to get a vegetable in with lunch. If it was less glue like - it could be an 8. Would try again with more water.
  • I am not a cereal fan but there's lots of sweetened o's so I had that. Very sweet and it's a small portion. Maybe a 6 of 10. Yesterday - cinnamon bun bar was good - 8 Lunch was loaded potato bowl it was really good 8 Dinner was flat bread pizza... really didn't seem much like pizza but I would rate a 7 as it was filling.…

  • Great goals! Mine is still shipping but I have already started the high protein / low calorie / low fat over the last few days . I really hope to drop 5 pounds this month. I do yoga everyday and the app Seven ... every stinking day ... lol. Working on actually getting in 10 K steps too. That seems to be a stinker for me.…

I guess you are commuted to 2 months with the auto shop and the promo I used. ☹️ Adrisn - good luck ... keep us filled in on the plan and how it's going for you !

  • Hi...I bit the bullet today and ordered the plan where its 20 meals and you do the weekends. I am on MFP for a long time and pretty active ( exercise and teach yoga everyday) but have been stuck at 145 for about a year. At 65 I need to not feel so round.... Any and all encouragement and tips would be great!
  • This is an older thread but I think it is a good one. I follow Dr.Melissa West. She has over 300 FREE videos on YouTube. I do yoga every day and it's been three full years of everyday yoga for me.
