Shall we rate the meals?
My program came today! It looks like a lot of food. I sorted it out a little bit and instead of waiting, I had one dinner meal. I had a chicken Alfredo dinner.......added canned green beans, raw carrots and grape tomatoes and a snack pkg. of walnut chocolate chip cookies. I would rate both the meal and snack at an 8 of 10.…

....this group. Have been using ACE for a while now. Looking for folks with the same challenges. I take 1 a day..mid afternoon because that time til bedtime is the hardest for me. Doing pretty well and feeling very well too. I think it's the water and giving up soda that really kicked me into weight loss.

So I know I should eat more fish...but not battered and w/ cheese and/ or tons of tartar sauce. So we bought some frozen flounder fillets and I don't really know what to do with them. Anyone have a sure fire way to turn me into a fish eater?
