One day in running it was more than the HRM, on the elliptical the machine had the higher number. I haven't had it very long so it might be a bit of user error as well

I always weight in Friday morning before breakfast, it always brighten's my weekend and its a good end of the week measurement. It usually pumps me up to work harder if I lost weight (or makes you re-think snacking too much over the weekend if there wasn't a loss).

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but since I started I have been using the Pillsbury "Good for You! Health and Fast Recipes". They have great things to try and most are under 300 calories and I think there is only one over 500. I attached the link and there might be a newer version by now…
