I've been on Maintenance mode for about 6 months now. I found that the transition is not easy. For me, it was at first hard to eat enough calories, I was always way under. Now I find that I gain and lose the same 3 or so lbs over and over. What issues are you having?

I frequently walk with a stroller, pushing around my 3 yr old. I just log it as walking at whatever pace I walk at. It probably low in terms of the calorie burn, but I figure that the numbers are not exact anyway.

80% Diet / 20% Excerise for most of my weight loss. Since I'm now in maintenance mode its more like 60% diet/ 40% excerise.

I walked the Bloomsday a couple of years ago. I really enjoyed it, and plan to do it again. Lots and lots of walkers that do this one. I gained a little initially, but i've since lost that gain and more. I've been adjusting my calories intake to try to find my own balance point. My current intake is about 200 below MFP's calculated goal. I think I need to add a bit more, last week I lost .5 lbs.
