Great job!! How did you reach your goal?
I know it's different for everyone, but for me I really started losing when I did C25K because it pushed me harder than I was pushing myself. 17 Day Diet also made a big difference because it taught me how to eat healthy. I think the key is finding something that you can live with0 -
