Think of your body as a battery and to recharge this battery you need to eat carbs... However, if you begin to overcharge this battery (over eat) you will gain weight. That's why its best to deplete the battery to as low as possible (full body weight training + high reps + cardio etc) so that when you do "recharge" via…

I've come to realize people out of shape don't take compliments too well, however, if they are in great shape... different story.

Vietnamese here... Pho should be eaten all at once and not saved. If you babysit Pho, the noodles soak up the fluid rendering the bowl disgusting so I recommend just killing your order next time. When I was growing up, I was smacked with chopsticks by my mother everytime I tried to save my Pho for later consumption. Beware…

I have found not tracking my food intake more unsustainable. When i don't log, I have a tendency to eat anything and everything. As tedious as it is to prep and log food, its really the only solution to effectively lean out

I eat about ~500g of carbs as of late and am still losing weight. I've tried no carb , high carb , medium carb diets and at the end of the day, you'll lose weight in any case as long as you are in a calorie deficit. In my opinion, adjusting carbs worked best for me - if i still feel tired during my workouts, i'll keep…

I recommend to use the mirror more as your guide than scale alone. Water retention can really play a role in any weight fluctuations during a weigh-in. If you happened to eat a carb dense meal the night before your weigh-in, you'll be carrying alot of water the day after. Likewise, if you eat less carbs the day before ,…
